When You Least Expect It

It is always when you least expect it;

in a hurricane of hurt and sorrow,

that life throws the most unexpected joy.

In the midst of all the "could have beens,"

"should have beens,"

and right a the brink of giving up;

someone unexpected can show up,

changing the trajectory of the storm,

leaving something beautiful in it's place.

When you whether the storm,

you'll come out stronger and more resilient than before,

leaving a new beginning,

with endless possibilities.

Let the storm rage on,

for what comes next;

will bloom into something more beautiful than before.
